Doors open at 6:30PM
Annual Meeting Starts at 7:00PM
Voting starts at 7:30PM
Meeting will be held at Warren High School Building 6, 130 Warrior Drive, Vincent Ohio
There are three seats to be filled 2 for three-year term & 1 for two-year term

Check in notice:
Everyone must have valid ID verification of identity and account name to receive a ballot, one ballot per member.
All account holders must be in good standing with the Water Association. If an account is suspended, your vote will not count.
All business accounts must present a letter on company letterhead authorizing the holder to cast a ballot for the business. The letter must include the business name and address and/or the account number.
All tenants must provide written permission from property owner (landlord) authorizing the tenant to cast a ballot for the rental unit property.
Any ballot in question will be counted as a provisional ballot and fully investigated for verification prior to being certified and tabulated.
Tabulation of the election results will be completed and winners will be announced after the results have been tabulated. The official results shall be certified and published within 24 hours of the election.
