  Little Hocking Water Association has scheduled a meeting to discuss acquisition of easements for the Little Hocking Water Association Infill Water Line Extension Project.

 What: Little Hocking Water Association (LHWA) Public Meeting

Where: Warren High School Building 6 in the Warrior Room 

When:  6:00 pm on February 3, 2026

Who: If you received this letter, we request your attendance or if you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact Little Hocking Water Association at 740-989-2181 by February 2, 2026.

 The project team of the:

 John Smith, General Manager

Eddie Richardson, Assistant General Manager

Patrick Karnes, Project Manager Strand Engineering

Adam Scwhendeman, Legal Representative

LHWA Board of Trustees

Patrick Karnes, Project Manager Strand Engineering, will be at the meeting to show you easement locations. LHWA requests an easement across your property for the construction of water line extensions. Our project team will be at the meeting to answer your questions.   

The meeting will be an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns and questions that you might have about your property.  The LHWA is asking you to sign easement(s) documents at the meeting.  The project goal is to provide potable water to defined areas within the boundaries of the LHWA that do not currently have public potable water. 

 It is especially important for you to attend this meeting.
